The overall objective of this role is to increase transactions/revenues, active customers, active agents & active merchants through a motivated sales force. This will be achieved through the implementation of a solid sales distribution channel that will provide reliable service to our customers.
- Achieve targets for revenue, active customers, active merchants and agents
- Lead, inspire and motivate the Territory sales force for flawless execution to deliver KPIs.
- Develop and deploy a solid distribution to provide an excellent experience for our customers.
- Be responsible for deploying the right trade incentive schemes to motivate partners and sales force to deliver set KPIs.
- Ensure the route to market norms are being adhered to by all trade partners.
- Develop and implement the right performance review for all partners and field force.
- Ensure 100% compliance to trade terms by all agents and trade partners.
- Lead the teams to deploy consistent market activations to increase customers and drive increased awareness.
- Be responsible for ensuring the right visibility at the point of sale.
- Ensure all GTMs are executed as a per business plan.
- Increase product awareness through agents and active field force.
- Deploy the right number of field force to drive customer acquisition, education and awareness.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven experience in sales management. (Preferred to have mass market working experience retail working )
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work under stress and resolve conflict.
- Sound organizational skills.
