·Should possess commercial ability to manage Sales of Seeds (Corn, Paddy, Veg, and Cotton) as per budget on a month wise basis in designated markets through Dealers.
·Ensure timely collection of all dues from the market as per company policy.
·Prepare commercial sales schemes to match the budget and targeted business profitability.
·Manage inventory of seeds at Warehouse & POS (Dealer) to ensure seamless product movement and minimum loss from expiry, qualitative rejection and obsolescence.
·Generate adequate market intelligence by periodically reporting to the company about market opportunity, challenges and updates on competitive landscape in Myanmar seed market.
·Help the company in screening, testing and trialing new products for commercialization, while working with the TD (Technology Development) team.
·Support the TD & Regulatory team to generate and evaluate data required for the registrations of new seeds from reliable sources.
·Capability to drive market development activities by organizing field demonstrations, farmer meetings, dealer meetings and product campaigns for various types of seeds.
·Should be able to motivate and lead seed team, exhibiting strong leadership skill.
Experience & Competencies
·Minimum 5 years of working experience in agriculture & seed industry at a commercial position and preferably having experience of managing a team.
·Proven records of high performance.
·Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are desirable and analytical ability
·University graduate, degree or diploma in Agriculture Universities is preferable.
·Academic knowledge (Diploma / Degree) of S & M management will be an added advantage.
·Computer skills – MS Excel, Word, PPTX.
·Communication – Burmese (Fluent) & English (optional)
