National Sales Manager (Seeds) – Aventine Limited

Job Functions:   ·Should possess commercial ability to manage Sales of Seeds (Corn, Paddy, Veg, and Cotton) as per budget on a month wise basis in designated markets through Dealers. ·Ensure timely collection of all dues from the market as per company policy. ·Prepare commercial sales schemes to match the budget and targeted business profitability. ·Manage inventory of seeds at Warehouse & POS (Dealer) to ensure seamless product movement and minimum loss from expiry, qualitative rejection and obsolescence. ·Generate adequate market intelligence by periodically reporting to the company about market opportunity, challenges and updates on competitive landscape in Myanmar seed market. ·Help the company in screening, testing and trialing new products for commercialization, while working with the TD (Technology Development) team. ·Support the TD & Regulatory team to generate and evaluate data required for the registrations of new seeds from reliable sources. Key Deliverables: ·Capability to drive market development activities by organizing field demonstrations, farmer meetings, dealer meetings and product campaigns for various types of seeds. ·Should be able to motivate and lead seed team, exhibiting strong leadership skill. Experience & Competencies ·Minimum 5 years of working experience in agriculture & seed industry at a commercial position and preferably having experience of managing a team. ·Proven records of high performance. ·Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are desirable and analytical ability Educational Qualification ·University graduate, degree or diploma in Agriculture Universities is preferable. ·Academic knowledge (Diploma / Degree) of S & M management will be an added advantage. ·Computer skills – MS Excel, Word, PPTX. ·Communication – Burmese (Fluent) & English (optional)

Risk and Compliance Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day to day guidance and advice to the business, and working with the onboarding team in relation to anti-money laundering issues
  • Keep abreast of regulatory changes and challenges in Myanmar and regionally
  • Develop and the on-going maintenance of policies and procedures to ensure they remain compliant with regulations
  • Prepare reports for regulatory bodies, banking partner and management
  • Interpret regulatory requirements and applying these appropriately to the business
  • Assist in the preparation of materials and reports for Board or board risk & compliance committee
  • Collate and providing regular comprehensive and meaningful intelligence/insights to help identify trends, as well as potential areas of concern
  • Manage the compliance training framework, including delivery of compliance training to the business

Requirements:

  • minimum 3 years experience in risk and compliance of a Financial Services business, ideally a payment services or bank
  • in-depth experience of drafting policies, procedures and manuals, preparing reports for regulatory bodies and management
  • knowledge of AML regulations and CBM’s regulations for payment services
  • experience in partnering with the business to provide guidance, advice and oversight in respect of Compliance issues
  • knowledge of Data Protection requirements
  • perform independently and with minimal supervision

Quality Assurance Analyst -Technology

Role/ Department Overview:

The QA Analyst provides a vital link between Platform and Mobile App Development Lead Engineers and UX Product Lead, ensuring high quality delivery, executing proper testing and time to market.  This role is also responsible for assisting user testing and accumulating market data for continuous app and platform improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the company’s Test Automation initiatives, designing and building test automation scripts for Web APIs, Mobile Apps and Database Queries
  • Create and Maintain Test Case Documentation based on Product and Technology Requirements and Design documents
  • Perform manual and automated testing in Development, Integration, UAT and Production Environments
  • Contribute to deployment sign off activities, both before and after production deployments both in office hours and on some occasions out of hours
  • Analyze UAT test results to discover and report out on bugs.
  • Document bugs effectively and collaborate with developers to see them resolved
  • Work with IT Operations Lead to plan and execute product & campaign UAT.
  • Work with the Scrum Master or Project Manager to ensure that all stories have well defined acceptance criteria, test plans, and any hooks needed to enable testability
  • Diagnose issues to determine scope and provide reproduction scenarios
  • Track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesize results.
  • Proactively identify new tools/ processes/ approaches and continuously strive to find ways to improve the overall testing strategy with the help of PMO.
  • Ensure high quality app releases maintaining 99% crash free rate 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in CSE or EEE
  • 2-3 years’ experience in technology, preferably in quality assurance, incident management and operational efficiency  
  • Solid understanding of app & web architecture, API centric architecture and cloud architecture.
  • Working knowledge of standard packages (PHP, JavaScript, Python, SQL & NoSQL databases).
  • Strong experience in Test Automation Tools, including SOAPUI, Atlassian Jira, JMeter or similar
 

Territory Sales Manager – fintech (Mawlamyine)

Responsibilities:

The overall objective of this role is to increase transactions/revenues, active customers, active agents & active merchants through a motivated sales force. This will be achieved through the implementation of a solid sales distribution channel that will provide reliable service to our customers.
  • Achieve targets for revenue, active customers, active merchants and agents
  • Lead, inspire and motivate the Territory sales force for flawless execution to deliver KPIs.
  • Develop and deploy a solid distribution to provide an excellent experience for our customers.
  • Be responsible for deploying the right trade incentive schemes to motivate partners and sales force to deliver set KPIs.
